Blast Nozzles

Nozzle Holders
The nozzle holder is a critical component in abrasive/air blasting systems. It securely connects the blasting nozzle to the end of the blast hose, ensuring leak-free operation under high pressure while enabling quick and easy nozzle replacement.
Suction Gun
The suction blast gun is an essential component in siphon-fed abrasive blasting systems, widely used in blast cabinets and portable equipment. Operating on the venturi principle, it uses compressed air to create suction that draws abrasive media from the hopper through a dedicated hose. The media is then mixed and accelerated through the nozzle for efficient surface cleaning and preparation.

Abrasive Metering Valves
Abrasive metering valves are critical to pressure blasting systems, precisely regulating media flow to maximize blasting efficiency, minimize consumption, and ensure consistent surface preparation. Engineered with wear-resistant materials like urethane sleeves and hardened components, they are built to withstand harsh abrasive environments. Pop Up Valves
The pop-up valve is composed of a conical poppet and a guide stem. When the tank is pressurized, the poppet rises and its conical surface seals tightly against the sealing ring, closing the tank and enabling pressure to build inside the vessel.
Oil water separators
Oily condensate removed from compressed air systems cannot be discharged into sewers or surface water without first reducing the oil content to legal levels.
