DISA standard sandblasting room is a low-cost turnkey solution, suitable for intermittent sandblasting of parts that are too large to fit into a sandblasting cabinet. It is supplied in the form of a bolt-together kit, including a sandblasting chamber, lighting equipment, a basic abrasive recovery system, dust removal devices, and sandblasting equipment.

Disa standard blastroom

One end of the standard blast room is fitted with a double-door assembly, whose width accommodates the entry and exit of standard-sized forklifts to streamline material handling. The standard blast room features a highly simplified design: most customers can complete self-assembly of its structure and be ready to commence sandblasting operations within 7 days. This type of blast room is an ideal solution for clients with occasional needs for blasting small workpieces and whose sandblasting volume is insufficient to justify a higher-capacity setup.

  • Rotating speed of the gear table is free programmable and can be selected on the HMI operator screen
  • Both axis of the turntable have the possibility to work as a positioning device with high accuracy

Standard blast rooms are typically designed for single-operator use, dedicated to blasting small-sized components and parts. The standard dimensions start at 8 ft × 8 ft × 10 ft (width × height × length). Thanks to its modular design, the blast room can be customized according to specific customer requirements to accommodate the dimensions of workpieces to be blasted as well as the available floor space: its width and height can be expanded in 2-foot increments, while its length can be extended in 5-foot units.
